Bush Blunders

I think our President is a good man, and a good president, but sometimes he says things that make me cringe. I propose we start a thread on funny/silly/stupid things George W. Bush has said or done.

At a school celebrating Preservation Month - W. said : "I appreciate preservation. It's what you do when you run for president. You gotta preserve."

About his daughters - "Laura and I didn't realize how bright our children is sometimes until we receive an objective analysis."

On Capitalism - " I understand small business growth. I was one"

Yeah, Bush does not always articulate real well, but there are a number of people who are very bright, but not particularly articulate. And then there are some who articulate but don't have a clue as to what they are talking about. What was I just saying?

You guys need to lighten up. I admire President Bush greatly. This thread is not a "Bush Bashing" thread - I just though it would be humorous to list the funny things he has said and done. You have to have a good laugh about things sometimes - it's only healthy.
