    I did some more reading into the bill, and had to go into an addendum of an addendum to find mention of abortion, and even then it clearly states abortion is only to be covered in cases in rape, incest, or if the life of the mother is threatened. I can see how some staunch anti-abortionists would be against that, but it doesn't actually change anything that's not already covered by most state laws and virtually every insurance program today.

    I think I got off topic though, if we're talking about abortions as strictly by choice, no, the bill does NOT cover those.
